All of our tapas are served family style at each table. All tapas are cold and meant to be shared to start the conversation before the Paella Main Event. We recommend 3 to 4 tapas so your guests have options to choose from. Tapas are served in disposable plates. Hot tapas available upon request.

Catering,take out & delivery

A 24 hr. notice is appreciated for take out orders and 48 hrs. for Delivery. All orders are served in disposable chafing trays for self serve. These include racks, sternos and serving utensils. Each order includes disposable plates, forks and napkins. Higher end quality plates and rentals for specials functions are available upon request. All Paellas are gluten free. A flat fee for delivery of $25 dollars will be added to orders within the San Diego metro region. Additional fees may apply for out of county deliveries. We can supply support staff to help set up buffet stations for an additional fee.
Yes, we require a minimum of 25+ guests in San Diego metro region or 50+ guest for out of county.
Our professional and seasoned Chefs from Romesco cook on-site Paellas. A Paella will take approximately 1.5 hours to cook. A minimum of 2 Chefs will arrive at your location 2-3 hours prior to serving time.
Our Paellas are gluten free. The only gluten we bring is our French Baguette bread. Some tapas may have gluten.
We pride ourselves on our home cooked beef, pork and seafood stock which is a very important ingredient in our paella. This allows for a more savory, rich and robust flavor. We also provide a delicious tomato-vegetable bouillon for our vegan customers.

They are served buffet style directly from the Paella pan. Our Chef will serve salad, paella and French baguette to each one of your guests. After everyone is served, we will transfer you leftovers to a serving dish so that you and your guest may enjoy at a later time.

Yes, each order includes disposable plates, forks and napkins. Higher end quality plates and rentals for specials functions are available upon request. You can also provide plates and utensils. We recommend 10”-12” plates.
We are self-contained and our cooking equipment only requires a 10X10 cooking space for one station of up to 100 people. We bring our own equipment, tables and propane tanks. All of our cooking takes place outdoors. Additional stations may require more space.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation and discounted on your final bill.
We require a minimum of 14 days notice for smaller events. For Parties of 50+ we appreciate 14-18 days notice time. Las minute events are also available depending on availability.
Tapas are served family style for every table. Our Chefs will coordinate so that tapas are distributed equally and they will communicate with you so everything is as smooth as possible. Servers are suggested for a more personalized setting. We do have servers available upon request and availability.
Guests with allergy restrictions may require supplementary planning and a shift of operations to comply with dietary requirements. We are happy to accommodate for an additional fee

SERVERS, BARTENDERS & SUPPORT STAFF:
We can provide in house servers, bartenders and support staff subject to availability or we can refer and/or outsource upon request.

EVENT COORDINATORS & EQUIPMENT:
For a more formal event we can refer you to event coordinators who can facilitate equipment rentals such as tables, chairs, heaters, plates, silverware, decorations, logistics and more.

MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT:
For your entertainment needs we have different musicians that work for with us. We are happy to help you coordinate flamenco, jazz, guitar, saxophone, marimba, boleros or a personalized Dj for your enjoyment.
